RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from Date of Delivery.
Please note that Diamond Lab will not accept any product that has been damaged, modified or already worn by the customer. Additionally, the product cannot be returned once the 30-day return period is over. Special orders (placed over a phone call or those crafted specifically for a customer as per their request) and products that have been engraved are non-returnable.
All items must be returned with the product tags attached, free gifts and any certificates as provided in the original packaging. All returns will be subjected to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 8 to 12 business days and credited to you via the same mode through which the initial payment was made.
REFUND POLICY
If you return a partial order, we will refund you for returned items only.
For returns initiated after the completion of 30 days, a 50% restocking fee will be charged. Such returns will not be eligible for a free return label. Customers will be responsible for shipping it back to the address provided by us.
Once we receive your returned package, all items will be inspected by our production team before a refund is issued. The entire process will take up to 5 to 15 business days. If the product is found damaged, modified, or already worn, it will be shipped back to you. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
Please ensure that all certificates are returned along with the product. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $250.
REPAIR & WARRANTY
We offer the following complimentary services to ensure that your Diamond Lab Jewellery always looks brand new.

Diamond Lab also offers complimentary ring re-sizing within the first year of your purchase/s. To ensure the safety of the product, an insured shipping label costing $40 will have to be purchased.
Diamond Lab will not accept any product that has already been repaired or resized by another jeweller. In such a circumstance, the service warranty will be considered null and void.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES IN ORDER
We prioritize customer satisfaction and will always strive to honor a request for cancellation or changes in order. We will attempt to accommodate the requirements to the best extent possible prior to shipping. This may inevitably result in delayed delivery.
If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes. If you’re not satisfied with the product, we can return it once you receive the shipment. Please get in touch with us if you wish to personally collect your package. Rerouting to an alternate address will not be possible once the package is in transit
